Brief Digital Interventions in School Mental Health Settings

Brief Digital Interventions (BDIs) are single-session online modules designed to assist youth struggling with mild/moderate mental health concerns. The primary objectives of this project are to evaluate changes in student mental health concerns after using BDI(s) and user satisfaction with the BDIs.


A retrospective chart review of case information entered by school mental health professionals providing BDIs to students presenting with mild to moderate mental health concerns at school.


This evidence will be used to enhance and tailor the BDIs for use within school mental health practices in Ontario schools.
