Information Box Group
Objectives
To work with youth experts by experience and experts by profession to identify constructs, measures, and processes for measurement-based care in schools.
Methods
A series of focus groups and surveys to gather feedback from youth grades 5-12 and school mental health experts about:
- What to measure (i.e., What constructs are most relevant to measure?)
- How to measure (i.e., What instruments are best suited to assess these constructs?)
- When to measure (i.e., When and how often should measures be administered?); and
- How information from measures should be shared back (e.g., frequency, visualization, interpretation?)
Implications
This research will develop consensus on a core set of constructs, measures, and processes for measurement-based care in school mental health settings.
