Introducing Leanna Kalinowski and Ryan Miller

AYM would like to introduce our two new full-time staff members, Leanna Kalinowski and Ryan Miller!
Leanna is joining as a Research Coordinator who will oversee partnerships, engagement, and knowledge translation for the Canadian Health Survey on Children and Youth (CHSCY). Prior to joining the team, Leanna earned an MPH and an MA in Behavioural Neuroscience from the University at Buffalo. She is interested in open, transparent science that builds trust and supports better mental health outcomes for young people.
Ryan is joining as a Statistical Analyst who will primarily conduct analyses and write papers on the CHSCY and the COVID-19 Ontario Provincial Assessment and Tracking of Child and Family Health (ONPATH) studies. Prior to joining the team full-time, Ryan earned a BSc in Life Sciences from Queen’s University, worked as a Research Assistant with AYM, and completed his MSc in Health Research Methodology at McMaster University.
We are excited to see these two step into their new roles and the skills and ideas they will bring to each project. Welcome!
